- 2 cups peaches, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the diced watermelon and peaches.
- Add the thinly sliced red onion and chopped mint leaves.
- If using, sprinkle feta cheese over the top.
- Drizzle lime juice over the salad and season with salt and pepper.
- Toss gently to combine all ingredients.
