- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Instructions
- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled tortellini, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
