Irresistible Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Roll Cake
Ingredients

- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
Instructions
- Prepare the chocolate cake mix according to package instructions. Bake in a sheet pan.
- While the cake is baking, mix peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth. Spread over a kitchen towel.
- Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Spread over peanut butter layer.
- Once the cake is done, flip onto the prepared towel. Roll the cake and towel together. Let cool.
- Melt chocolate chips and butter. Unroll the cake, spread the chocolate mixture, and roll back up.
- Chill for 30 minutes, then garnish with chopped peanuts. Slice and serve.
Notes
- Add chopped Reese’s cups for extra flavor.
- Make sure the cake is completely cooled before rolling.
- Use a serrated knife to slice for clean cuts.
