Delicious no-bake bars combining the crunch of pretzels with creamy peanut butter and chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pretzel sticks, crushed
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed pretzel sticks, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until well mixed.
  2. Press the mixture into a lined 8×8 inch baking pan evenly.
  3. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  4. Pour the melted chocolate over the pretzel layer and spread evenly.
  5. If using, sprinkle mini marshmallows on top of the chocolate.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  7. Once set, cut into bars and serve.

Notes

  • For added flavor, consider adding a pinch of salt to the peanut butter mixture.
  • Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
  • These bars can be made ahead of time and kept for several days.
