- 1 cup brown sugar

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, melted butter, egg, food coloring, and vanilla.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until a dough forms.
- Roll the dough out on a floured surface into a rectangle.
- Spread the cream cheese over the dough, then sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll the dough tightly and slice into rolls.
- Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and allow to rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- Mix powdered sugar with a little milk to create a frosting and drizzle over rolls before serving.
