Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, melted butter, egg, food coloring, and vanilla.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until a dough forms.
  5. Roll the dough out on a floured surface into a rectangle.
  6. Spread the cream cheese over the dough, then sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
  7. Roll the dough tightly and slice into rolls.
  8. Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and allow to rise for 30 minutes.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  10. Mix powdered sugar with a little milk to create a frosting and drizzle over rolls before serving.
