Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted)
  • 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup raspberry jam

Instructions

  1. First, preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Next, mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/3 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into a pan to form the crust.
  3. Meanwhile, beat cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Pour over crust.
  4. Then, bake for 30 minutes until set.
  5. While it cools, mix raspberries and jam. Spread over the cheesecake.
  6. Finally, chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before slicing and serving.

  • You can use a mix of berries for different flavors.
