Description
Ramen Carbonara is a flavorful fusion dish combining traditional Italian Carbonara with Japanese Ramen. It’s creamy, packed with umami flavors, and super comforting.

- 2 packs of instant ramen noodles
- 4 slices of thick-cut bacon
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
Instructions
- Boil the ramen noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large sauté pan, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon from the pan and chop into small pieces.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, Parmesan cheese, and black pepper.
- Remove the pan from the heat and slowly pour in the egg mixture, stirring constantly. The heat of the pan will cook the egg slightly and form a creamy sauce.
- Add the cooked ramen noodles to the pan and toss to combine.
- Stir in the chopped bacon and parsley. Serve immediately.
Notes
- Make sure to slowly pour the egg mixture into the pan to avoid scrambling the eggs.
- You can add more cheese or pepper to taste.
