Ingredients
4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons lemon zest
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
