- 1 large egg, beaten

- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine corn, flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Add the beaten egg and milk to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped green onions.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil and flatten slightly.
- Fry for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
