- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add ground turkey and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in mixed vegetables and cook until tender, about 4-5 minutes.
