Irresistible Pumpkin Caramel Cheesecake Layer Cake


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce
  • Whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. First, preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Next, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Meanwhile, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add pumpkin, sugar, and vanilla. Mix well and add eggs one at a time.
  4. Then, pour half the batter over the crust. Drizzle with half of the caramel sauce. Repeat layers.
  5. Finally, bake for 30 minutes or until the center is almost set. Cool before refrigerating. Serve with whipped cream and extra caramel sauce.

Notes

  • For a festive touch, sprinkle pumpkin pie spice on top.
