Irresistible Pumpkin Caramel Cheesecake Layer Cake

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
- Whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- First, preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Next, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan.
- Meanwhile, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add pumpkin, sugar, and vanilla. Mix well and add eggs one at a time.
- Then, pour half the batter over the crust. Drizzle with half of the caramel sauce. Repeat layers.
- Finally, bake for 30 minutes or until the center is almost set. Cool before refrigerating. Serve with whipped cream and extra caramel sauce.
Notes
- For a festive touch, sprinkle pumpkin pie spice on top.
- Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature for a smoother batter.
