A flavorful marinade that enhances the taste of pork chops, making them juicy and tender.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, garlic, Dijon mustard, black pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes.
- Place pork chops in a zip-top bag or shallow dish.
- Pour the marinade over the pork chops, ensuring they are fully coated.
- Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- Preheat the grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Remove pork chops from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Cook pork chops for 6-8 minutes on each side or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For best results, marinate overnight.
- This marinade can also be used for chicken or beef.
- Adjust the level of sweetness by varying the amount of brown sugar.
