  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, garlic, Dijon mustard, black pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Place pork chops in a zip-top bag or shallow dish.
  3. Pour the marinade over the pork chops, ensuring they are fully coated.
  4. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  5. Preheat the grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  6. Remove pork chops from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  7. Cook pork chops for 6-8 minutes on each side or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  8. Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.

  • For best results, marinate overnight.
