A delicious twist on the classic Philly cheesesteak, this meatloaf is packed with flavor and topped with cheese.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, milk, bell peppers, onions, provolone cheese, eggs, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
- Top the meatloaf with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 60-70 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

- Feel free to add more cheese if you’re a cheese lover!
- Serve with your favorite sides, such as mashed potatoes or a fresh salad.
- This meatloaf can be made ahead and refrigerated before baking.
