Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 4 sandwich buns

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
  2. Add the diced onion, bell pepper, and garlic, cooking until the vegetables are soft.
  3. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and beef broth. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Place a slice of provolone cheese on top of the beef mixture and cover until melted.
