A delicious and easy-to-make treat that combines the classic flavors of peanut butter and jelly in a convenient square form.

- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup jelly or jam of your choice
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter and honey until well combined.
- Add in the rolled oats, crushed graham crackers, chopped nuts, and salt. Stir until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
- Press half of the mixture into the bottom of a greased 8×8 inch baking dish.
- Spread the jelly or jam evenly over the pressed mixture.
- Top with the remaining peanut butter mixture and press down gently.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
- Once set, cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- For a vegan option, use maple syrup instead of honey.
- Feel free to experiment with different flavors of jelly or jam.
- These squares can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
