Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the diced peaches, lemon juice, and half of the sugar. Blend until smooth.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the cream, milk, remaining sugar, and vanilla extract until the sugar is dissolved.
  3. Fold the peach puree into the cream mixture.
  4. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  5. Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  6. Transfer the ice cream to a lidded container and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
