Ingredients
8 oz pasta
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 cups broccoli florets
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
Grated Parmesan cheese for garnish
Instructions
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1 minute.
Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove shrimp and set aside.
In the same skillet, add broccoli florets and sauté until tender, about 4-5 minutes.
Return shrimp to the skillet, add cooked pasta, and toss everything together. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve the pasta with shrimp and broccoli in a black bowl, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese.
