- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 1 burrata cheese ball

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Place the cherry tomatoes on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
- Roast the tomatoes in the oven for 20 minutes, or until they are soft and slightly charred.
- While the tomatoes are roasting, place the burrata on a serving platter.
- Once the tomatoes are done, arrange them around the burrata.
- Drizzle the balsamic vinegar over the tomatoes and burrata.
- Garnish with fresh basil.
- Season with additional salt and pepper if desired, then serve.
