- 3 large eggs

- ⅓ cup of orange blossom water

- Zest of 1 orange
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and continue to mix until well combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract and orange blossom water.
- Mix in sour cream and orange zest until fully incorporated.
- Pour the cheesecake batter into the prepared crust and smooth the top.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set but still slightly jiggly.
- Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven with the door ajar for 1 hour.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
- Garnish with orange slices or whipped cream if desired.
