Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and continue to mix until well combined.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract and orange blossom water.
  5. Mix in sour cream and orange zest until fully incorporated.
  6. Pour the cheesecake batter into the prepared crust and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set but still slightly jiggly.
  8. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven with the door ajar for 1 hour.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
  10. Garnish with orange slices or whipped cream if desired.
