- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup orange blossom water
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- First, preheat the oven to 325°F.
- Next, mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Meanwhile, beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in sour cream, orange blossom water, and vanilla.
- Then, pour the mixture over the crust in the pan.
- Finally, bake for 30 minutes, then turn off the oven and let the cheesecake sit for another 30 minutes. Chill before serving.
Notes
- If you can’t find orange blossom water, you can use orange zest as a substitute.
- For a citrusy twist, top with candied orange slices.
