Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup orange blossom water
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. First, preheat the oven to 325°F.
  2. Next, mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Meanwhile, beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in sour cream, orange blossom water, and vanilla.
  4. Then, pour the mixture over the crust in the pan.
  5. Finally, bake for 30 minutes, then turn off the oven and let the cheesecake sit for another 30 minutes. Chill before serving.

Notes

  • If you can’t find orange blossom water, you can use orange zest as a substitute.
