- 4 medium potatoes, cubed
- 1 bell pepper, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine sliced kielbasa, cubed potatoes, bell pepper, and onion.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper over the mixture. Toss to coat evenly.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and golden brown, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and serve hot.
