Delicious Oatmeal Peanut Butter Protein Cookies

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup protein powder
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, protein powder, chocolate chips, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
- Form the dough into small cookies, place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Flatten each cookie with a fork.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
- Cool on a wire rack before serving.
Notes
- You can use any type of protein powder you prefer.
- For extra sweetness, add more chocolate chips.
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
