Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, protein powder, chocolate chips, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Form the dough into small cookies, place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Flatten each cookie with a fork.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
  6. Cool on a wire rack before serving.
