Ingredients
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 cup heavy cream
2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
Instructions
In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract.
Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish to form the crust.
In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and lemon juice, mix until well combined.
In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust.
Layer half of the sliced strawberries over the cream cheese mixture.
Repeat with another layer of cream cheese mixture and sliced strawberries.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
