Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons gelatin (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently until well blended.
  6. Divide the mixture into two bowls. In one bowl, add the crushed pineapple and mix well.
  7. In the other bowl, add the orange juice and mix until combined.
  8. Pour the pineapple mixture over the crust, then add the orange mixture on top.
  9. Swirl the two mixtures with a knife for a marbled effect.
  10. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
  11. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a firmer texture, consider adding gelatin to the orange juice before mixing.
  • Garnish with fresh orange slices or pineapple chunks if desired.
