- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Orange and pineapple slices for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a pan.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Gradually add condensed milk, orange juice concentrate, pineapple juice, and vanilla. Mix well.
- Fold in whipped cream until combined.
- Pour mixture over the crust.
- Swirl in some extra orange and pineapple juices.
- Chill in the fridge for 4 hours or until set.
- Garnish with orange and pineapple slices before serving.
Notes
- You can use a mix of orange and pineapple juice for a more intense flavor.
- For a quicker set, place the cheesecake in the freezer for 2 hours.
