Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Orange and pineapple slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a pan.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Gradually add condensed milk, orange juice concentrate, pineapple juice, and vanilla. Mix well.
  4. Fold in whipped cream until combined.
  5. Pour mixture over the crust.
  6. Swirl in some extra orange and pineapple juices.
  7. Chill in the fridge for 4 hours or until set.
  8. Garnish with orange and pineapple slices before serving.

Notes

  • You can use a mix of orange and pineapple juice for a more intense flavor.
  • For a quicker set, place the cheesecake in the freezer for 2 hours.
