A quick and easy no-bake dessert that combines marshmallows, chocolate, and biscuits for a delightful treat.


Ingredients

  • 200g digestive biscuits
  • 100g butter, melted
  • 300g mini marshmallows
  • 200g chocolate (milk or dark), chopped
  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a square baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs and mix with the melted butter.
  3. Add the mini marshmallows and chocolate to the biscuit mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. If using, mix in the desiccated coconut.
  5. Press the mixture into the prepared baking dish, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until set.
  7. Once set, cut into squares and serve.

Notes

  • For an extra chocolatey flavor, drizzle melted chocolate on top before chilling.
  • This slice can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
