A quick and easy no-bake dessert that combines marshmallows, chocolate, and biscuits for a delightful treat.

- 200g digestive biscuits
- 100g butter, melted
- 300g mini marshmallows
- 200g chocolate (milk or dark), chopped
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut (optional)
Instructions
- Line a square baking dish with parchment paper.
- Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs and mix with the melted butter.
- Add the mini marshmallows and chocolate to the biscuit mixture and stir until well combined.
- If using, mix in the desiccated coconut.
- Press the mixture into the prepared baking dish, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Once set, cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- For an extra chocolatey flavor, drizzle melted chocolate on top before chilling.
- This slice can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
