Refreshing and easy No Bake Key Lime Pie

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 7 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 3/4 cup key lime juice
- 1 tbsp key lime zest
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- Key lime slices for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- First, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a pie dish for the crust.
- Next, mix condensed milk, key lime juice, and zest until smooth. Pour into the crust.
- Meanwhile, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Spread over the lime filling.
- Chill the pie in the fridge for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Finally, garnish with key lime slices before serving.
Notes
- You can use regular limes if key limes are not available.
- For a twist, add a splash of coconut milk to the filling.
- To make it even more refreshing, freeze the pie for a semi-frozen treat.
