Refreshing and easy No Bake Key Lime Pie


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 7 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup key lime juice
  • 1 tbsp key lime zest
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • Key lime slices for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. First, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a pie dish for the crust.
  2. Next, mix condensed milk, key lime juice, and zest until smooth. Pour into the crust.
  3. Meanwhile, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Spread over the lime filling.
  4. Chill the pie in the fridge for at least 4 hours or until set.
  5. Finally, garnish with key lime slices before serving.

Notes

  • You can use regular limes if key limes are not available.
  • For a twist, add a splash of coconut milk to the filling.
  • To make it even more refreshing, freeze the pie for a semi-frozen treat.
