Refreshing and zesty no-bake key lime cheesecake with a tropical twist


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tbsp butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup key lime juice
  • 1 tbsp key lime zest
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Key lime slices and mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the base of a springform pan.
  2. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add condensed milk, key lime juice, and zest. Fold in whipped cream.
  3. Pour the mixture over the crust and spread evenly. Chill in the fridge for 4 hours.
  4. Garnish with key lime slices and mint leaves before serving.

Notes

  • You can use regular lime juice and zest if key limes are not available.
  • For a tangier flavor, add more key lime juice to taste.
