Refreshing and zesty no-bake key lime cheesecake with a tropical twist

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 6 tbsp butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup key lime juice
- 1 tbsp key lime zest
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Key lime slices and mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the base of a springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add condensed milk, key lime juice, and zest. Fold in whipped cream.
- Pour the mixture over the crust and spread evenly. Chill in the fridge for 4 hours.
- Garnish with key lime slices and mint leaves before serving.
Notes
- You can use regular lime juice and zest if key limes are not available.
- For a tangier flavor, add more key lime juice to taste.
