- 8 mini sweet peppers
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and cut the mini peppers in half lengthwise, removing the seeds.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and smooth.
- Using a spoon or piping bag, fill each pepper half with the cream cheese mixture.
- Arrange the stuffed peppers on a serving platter and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
