No-Bake Banana Split Cheesecake

Description

A decadent, fruity cheesecake with layers of banana, strawberry and pineapple. It’s a no-bake recipe, perfect for a quick and easy dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 3 bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts
  • 12 maraschino cherries

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to create the crust.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in the whipped cream.
  3. Spread a layer of cream cheese mixture over the crust. Layer with bananas, strawberries and pineapple.
  4. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, ending with a cream cheese layer.
  5. Drizzle with chocolate syrup, sprinkle with nuts, and top with maraschino cherries.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or until set.
  7. Remove from the refrigerator, slice and serve.

Notes

  • Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature before starting.
  • You can substitute fresh whipped cream with store-bought whipped topping.
  • Refrigerate the cheesecake for longer if it’s not firm enough after 4 hours.
