A decadent, fruity cheesecake with layers of banana, strawberry and pineapple. It’s a no-bake recipe, perfect for a quick and easy dessert.

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 cups cream cheese
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 3 bananas, sliced
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts
- 12 maraschino cherries
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to create the crust.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in the whipped cream.
- Spread a layer of cream cheese mixture over the crust. Layer with bananas, strawberries and pineapple.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, ending with a cream cheese layer.
- Drizzle with chocolate syrup, sprinkle with nuts, and top with maraschino cherries.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or until set.
- Remove from the refrigerator, slice and serve.
Notes
- Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature before starting.
- You can substitute fresh whipped cream with store-bought whipped topping.
- Refrigerate the cheesecake for longer if it’s not firm enough after 4 hours.
