Description
Nashville-Style Hot Potatoes are a spicy and crispy twist on traditional roasted potatoes, coated in a flavorful hot sauce blend and served with a cool ranch dressing for dipping.
Ingredients
2 pounds small potatoes (Yukon Gold or red)
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
1/2 cup ranch dressing (for serving)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly, then pat them dry.
In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, hot sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Add the potatoes to the bowl and toss them until they are evenly coated with the sauce mixture.
Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Roast the potatoes in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden brown, flipping them halfway through.
Once cooked, remove the potatoes from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve with ranch dressing on the side.
