- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
- Add minced garlic, bell peppers, and carrots; sauté until vegetables are tender.
- Stir in soy sauce and brown sugar; mix well.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet; toss everything together until heated through.
- Garnish with chopped green onions. Serve hot.

- Feel free to add other vegetables like broccoli or snap peas.
- For extra flavor, you can add ginger or chili paste.
