Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
  4. Add minced garlic, bell peppers, and carrots; sauté until vegetables are tender.
  5. Stir in soy sauce and brown sugar; mix well.
  6. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet; toss everything together until heated through.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions. Serve hot.
