  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the mashed bananas, grated zucchini, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Do not overmix.
