Ingredients
4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
1/4 cup white miso paste
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1 tablespoon sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Sesame seeds and sliced green onions for garnish
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, whisk together miso paste, melted butter, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Spread the miso butter mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked to your desired level of doneness.
Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions before serving.
