Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  5. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Allow the cupcakes to cool completely before frosting.
  7. For the frosting, beat together butter, powdered sugar, peppermint extract, and milk until smooth and creamy.
  8. Frost the cooled cupcakes and garnish with chocolate shavings and mint leaves if desired.
