Delicious mini strawberry cheesecakes for a sweet treat anytime

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 egg
- 1 cup diced strawberries
- 1/4 cup strawberry jam
Instructions
- First, preheat oven to 325°F.
- Next, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into muffin tin.
- Meanwhile, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Then, mix in sour cream and egg until well combined.
- Next, fold in diced strawberries gently.
- Fill each muffin cup with the cream cheese mixture.
- Finally, bake for 25 minutes, cool, then top with strawberry jam.
Notes
- You can use any fruit jam for topping.
- For a twist, add a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs on top.
