Description

Delicious mini strawberry cheesecakes for a sweet treat anytime


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup diced strawberries
  • 1/4 cup strawberry jam

Instructions

  1. First, preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Next, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into muffin tin.
  3. Meanwhile, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Then, mix in sour cream and egg until well combined.
  5. Next, fold in diced strawberries gently.
  6. Fill each muffin cup with the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Finally, bake for 25 minutes, cool, then top with strawberry jam.

Notes

  • You can use any fruit jam for topping.
  • For a twist, add a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs on top.
