- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 can pineapple slices
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into muffin tin.
- Place a pineapple slice in each tin and sprinkle brown sugar on top.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and egg until smooth.
- Spoon cream cheese mixture over pineapples.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Let cool, then chill in the fridge for 2 hours.
- Enjoy these individual treats!
