Delicious mini cherry cheesecake trifles for a sweet treat

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 can cherry pie filling
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter for the crust.
- Press the crust mixture into the bottom of serving glasses.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in whipped cream to the cream cheese mixture.
- Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the glasses.
- Top with cherry pie filling.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can use any fruit pie filling for variation.
- For a shortcut, use store-bought graham cracker crust.
