  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup ketchup (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, onion, milk, egg, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
  4. Spread ketchup evenly on top of the meatloaf.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-55 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
