Ingredients
1 lb ground chicken
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk and egg, then add it to the chicken mixture. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and press it down evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the meatloaf and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
