Description

A delightful and flavorful stir fry featuring ground beef and a mix of Mediterranean spices.


Ingredients

  • 500g ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 eggplant, diced
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  4. Add bell pepper, zucchini, and eggplant. Continue to cook for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Add tomatoes, cumin, paprika, and cinnamon. Season with salt and pepper, stir well.
  6. Let simmer for 10-15 minutes until vegetables are tender and flavors are well combined.
  7. Serve hot with a side of rice or bread.

Notes

  • Feel free to add other vegetables of your choice.
  • You can substitute ground beef with ground chicken or turkey if desired.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
