A delightful and flavorful stir fry featuring ground beef and a mix of Mediterranean spices.
Ingredients

- 500g ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 eggplant, diced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add onions and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Add bell pepper, zucchini, and eggplant. Continue to cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Add tomatoes, cumin, paprika, and cinnamon. Season with salt and pepper, stir well.
- Let simmer for 10-15 minutes until vegetables are tender and flavors are well combined.
- Serve hot with a side of rice or bread.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables of your choice.
- You can substitute ground beef with ground chicken or turkey if desired.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
