- 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup bourbon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix together the maple syrup, bourbon, olive oil, cinnamon, and salt.
- Brush the peach halves with the maple-bourbon mixture.
- Place the peaches cut-side down on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes until grill marks appear.
- Flip the peaches, brush with more mixture, and grill for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from the grill and serve warm, drizzled with any remaining sauce.
