Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (such as cheddar or Gruyere)
  • 1/2 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  2. On the unbuttered side of one slice, layer the shredded cheese and chopped lobster meat.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side up.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the sandwich in the skillet.
