A refreshing mango iced tea perfect for hot summer days, combining sweet mango flavors with brewed tea for a delightful drink.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
- 4 cups of water
- 4 tea bags (black or green tea)
- 1/4 cup of sugar (adjust to taste)
- Juice of 1 lime
- Ice cubes
- Mango slices and mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
- Add the tea bags and steep for 5-7 minutes, then remove the tea bags.
- While the tea is still warm, stir in the sugar until dissolved.
- Let the tea cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled.
- In a blender, puree the diced mangoes until smooth.
- In a pitcher, mix the chilled tea, mango puree, and lime juice.
- Serve over ice and garnish with mango slices and mint leaves.
Notes
- For a sweeter drink, add more sugar according to your taste.
- Can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
