Description
A refreshing mango iced tea that combines the sweetness of ripe mangoes with the invigorating taste of brewed tea, perfect for hot summer days.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
- 4 cups of water
- 4 tea bags (black or green tea)
- 1/4 cup of honey (or to taste)
- Juice of 1 lime
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
- Remove from heat and add the tea bags. Let steep for 5 minutes.
- Remove the tea bags and stir in honey until dissolved.
- Allow the tea to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled.
- In a blender, puree the diced mangoes until smooth.
- In a large pitcher, combine the chilled tea, mango puree, and lime juice. Stir well.
- Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey depending on your taste.
- For a stronger mango flavor, add more mango puree.
- This recipe can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
