A refreshing blend of apricot, lemonade, and iced tea, perfect for hot summer days.
Ingredients

- 4 cups water
- 2 tea bags (black or green tea)
- 1 cup apricot puree
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup sugar (or to taste)
- Ice cubes
- Fresh apricot slices and lemon slices for garnish
Instructions
- Boil 4 cups of water in a pot.
- Once boiling, remove from heat and add the tea bags. Let steep for 5 minutes.
- Remove tea bags and stir in the sugar until dissolved.
- Allow the tea to cool to room temperature.
- In a large pitcher, combine the apricot puree and lemon juice.
- Add the cooled tea to the pitcher and mix well.
- Serve over ice and garnish with apricot and lemon slices.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness according to your taste.
- For a stronger tea flavor, steep the tea bags longer.
- Can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
