A refreshing iced chai latte recipe that combines aromatic spices with chilled milk and tea, perfect for hot days.
Ingredients

- 2 cups water
- 2 black tea bags
- 2–3 tablespoons sugar (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Boil 2 cups of water in a saucepan.
- Add the tea bags, sugar, and spices to the boiling water.
- Let the mixture steep for about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove the tea bags and let the chai cool to room temperature.
- Once cooled, stir in the milk.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the chai mixture over the ice.
- Garnish with additional spices if desired and serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness according to your preference.
- For a vegan version, use almond milk or oat milk.
- This recipe can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
