Ingredients

  • 1 lb flank steak, sliced
  • 4 tablespoons garlic butter
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add 2 tablespoons of garlic butter.
  2. Add the sliced flank steak to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the mixed vegetables and cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  5. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir to combine with the vegetables.
  6. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, mixing well.
  7. Add the cooked steak back to the skillet and stir in the remaining garlic butter.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
