- 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
- 1 lb flank steak, sliced
- 4 tablespoons garlic butter
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add 2 tablespoons of garlic butter.
- Add the sliced flank steak to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the mixed vegetables and cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir to combine with the vegetables.
- Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, mixing well.
- Add the cooked steak back to the skillet and stir in the remaining garlic butter.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

- Use day-old rice for the best texture.
- You can substitute the flank steak with chicken or shrimp if desired.
