- 1 cup crushed graham crackers

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in the crushed graham crackers and fresh raspberries until well incorporated.
- If using, melt the white chocolate chips and set aside.
- Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the balls, if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm.
