- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup refried beans
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked.
- Drain excess fat and stir in the taco seasoning with the required water.
- Cook according to the seasoning package instructions until thickened.
- Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
- Spread a layer of refried beans on each tortilla.
- Add a scoop of the seasoned beef mixture on top of the beans.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the beef, followed by tomatoes, onions, and cilantro.
- Roll up each tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
- Place the burritos seam-side down in a baking dish.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
- Serve warm with sour cream on the side.
